Thompson's 10 Year Roof Seal is a high-performance coating which cures to form a durable, flexible membrane suitable for resealing, and protecting whole roofs or repairing large areas of damage to a variety of roofing materials.
The 10 year formulation is designed to flex with the natural movement of the roof protecting the membrane from cracking and splitting over time. UV light stable iron oxide pigments provide a protective shield against harmful UV radiation ensuring 10 year weatherproofing performance under extreme conditions.
For best results the advanced formula should be applied directly to dry surfaces, the 10 year formulation forms a vapour permeable membrane which repairs and weatherproofs while allowing any trapped moisture in the substrate to escape.
This product is supplied in a tin with resealable lid and the following specifications:

Due to the vast amount of remote locations we cannot build in the facility for postage to know where you are based when ordering. For this reason if you are based in: Isle of Man, Guernsey, Jersey, Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands or any other area that may be considered remote there may be a surcharge of £16.00 to cover the additional costs of courier delivering, this also applies to non-UK sales.
