The Maun Imperial Wad Punch Kit contains nine different sized punches in one set. Supplied in a lightweight polyprolylene storage box.
Punch Sizes (Ø): 1/4, 5/16, 3/8, 7/16, 1/2, 5/8, 3/4, 7/8 and 1in.
The Maun Wad Punch Kit is a versatile tool for all your punching needs. Perfect for making precisely shaped gaskets and washers, cutting precise holes and shapes. All you need in one complete set. Punch both inner and outer holes for washers and gaskets. Works on a range of soft materials, including felt, rubber, leather, plastic and cork.
Made to last, with a robust construction and rust-proof finish. Chemically blackened handle and punches for long life. The centre punch case has been hardened to HRC 57 for durability. Whilst the punches have been ground to a fine cutting edge, then hardened and tempered to HRC 45 for durability.
The handle has been fully heat-treated to withstand hammer or mattet blows. Its also comfortable to use over long periods. All included punch sizes fit onto one handle. The interchangeable punches easily screw onto handle for quick changes. A spring-loaded plunger accurately positions centre of hole and ejects the slug.
