The Laser 7240 has been designed to allow the DEF to be tested for urea strength. In order for the diesel engine emissions system to function correctly the strength of the DEF solution must be maintained at 32.5% urea; over time the strength of the solution can change by (a) evaporation causing the water component of the solution to reduce, or (b) contamination. Either of these can cause variations in DEF quality and strength which will be flagged up by the engine�s on board diagnostic system (DEF warning light). The Laser 7240 is extremely easy to use and displays a clear pass or fail result regardless of the temperature of the sample.

We try to keep all our stock levels as accurate as possible but as we sell on multiple platforms sometimes there can be errors that lead us to not having stock of your item, if this happens we will offer a comparable replacement or a full refund.

Due to the vast amount of remote locations we cannot build in the facility for postage to know where you are based when ordering. For this reason if you are based in: Isle of Man, Guernsey, Jersey, Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands or any other area that may be considered remote there may be a surcharge of £16.00 to cover the additional costs of courier delivering, this also applies to non-UK sales.
