The 7127 is an engine timing and cylinder head rebuild kit for the popular Volvo 2.5 and Ford 2.5 ST petrol engines. It contains the tools required to align the crankshaft and camshafts, along with the tools needed to hold the camshafts in the top half of the cylinder head and the press tools required to fit the cam carrier, with cams, into the head making re-assembly much easier and faster.
  • For cam replacements and head rebuilds on Volvo and Ford 2.5 ST engines. Contains all the tools to make cylinder head rebuilding easier and faster.
  • Equivalent to Volvo OEM 999 5454, 999 5452, 999 5453 and 999 5451 and Ford OEM 303-1178 and 303-1182.
  • Fitted to Volvo 850, S70, V70, XC70, V70. 960, S90, S60, S80, C30, V40, S40 and V50.
  • For Volvo engine codes B4204, B5254 and B6304; Ford Duratec 2.5 ST engines.
  • For tappet setting prior to reassembly use Laser 6827; for crankshaft damper holding use Laser 5197.

We will dispatch items within 48 working hours of the order being processed. We process all order up until 2.30pm, after this time the order is processed the following day. For example, if you purchase at 5.00pm on Monday, your order is processed on Tuesday and we will have the item dispatched by Thursday at the latest. We try to keep all our stock levels as accurate as possible but as we sell on multiple platforms sometimes there can be errors that lead us to not having stock of your item, if this happens we will offer a comparable replacement or a full refund.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO TARIFFS AND FEES IMPOSED BY YOUR OWN COUNTRY, WE CANNOT CALCULATE THIS FOR EACH COUNTRY THEREFORE IT IS NOT REFLECTED IN THE PRICE.

Remote Locations

Due to the vast amount of remote locations we cannot build in the facility for postage to know where you are based when ordering. For this reason if you are based in: Isle of Man, Guernsey, Jersey, Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands or any other area that may be considered remote there may be a surcharge of £16.00 to cover the additional costs of courier delivering, this also applies to non-UK sales. We will always let you know if your location is classed as remote and seek another address to avoid the cost, you can also check your postcode with DHL at http://raslist.dhl.com/jsp/first.jsp.
